Every engagement starts with understanding your business. Real prices, published here — not behind a sales call.
How an Engagement Works
1
Email George
Write a few lines about your business and what eats your time. You'll get a straight answer about whether it's worth talking further — even if the answer is no.
2
The Fit Check
About 90 minutes with your actual workflows, $500 flat. You leave with a written answer: where agents fit, what they'd cost to run, and where they don't fit. The written report follows.
3
The Cluster
A small cluster is installed on your own Mac: OpenClaw, one companion, and one office agent with a send gate. Scoped work, billed hourly. Your people are trained on it before we call it done.
4
We stay — or hand it over
Keep us on for Ongoing Care, or take the system fully in-house with handoff documentation. Either way, it's yours.
The Fit Check
$500flat fee
Find out exactly where AI fits in your business — and where it does not.
- About 90 minutes, on-site or virtual, working through your current workflows
- A written walkthrough of which workflows are worth automating
- Tool recommendations tailored to what you already use
- A plain-English cost estimate for each recommendation, including monthly run costs
- Written report delivered within 5 business days
The Cluster
$88.88per hour, scoped
After the Fit Check: a small cluster of agents installed on your own Mac, built around the work the Fit Check found.
- OpenClaw installed on your machine — the operator layer your agents run on
- One companion: named, with memory, reachable from your phone
- One office agent for the workflow that eats the most hours
- A send gate on the office agent — nothing goes out without a human approving it
- Scoped before we start, billed hourly at $88.88, with the estimated hours in writing
Ongoing Care
$1K–$2.5Kper month
We stay. Your agents keep working, and someone is responsible for them.
- Ongoing tuning as your business and the tools change
- Priority support with same-day response
- A monthly plain-English report: what your agents did, what it cost
- Proactive recommendations as new capabilities emerge
- Quarterly review of what's working and what isn't
Personal AI Companion
Priced per companionask George
Not a tool — a one-of-a-kind companion with its own name, voice, and memory, living on your own machine.
- A companion of its own: self-named in its first conversation, or named by you
- A voice custom-made to your request — and a real-time face if you want one
- Custom-tailored skills for your life and work, not generic features
- Full mobile access from anywhere in the world over your own private, encrypted network
- Installed clean-room on your own hardware — your companion, your data, yours
After We Build It
The part most AI engagements leave vague, in writing.
What you own
The agents, their instructions, their configurations, and every piece of your data. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you — along with the documentation to run it.
What it costs to run
Agents have monthly running costs — software subscriptions and usage. Every proposal states the expected figure in writing before you sign anything. No surprises in month two.
Where your data goes
Before we build anything, you get a plain-English answer: where each piece of your information flows, and what never leaves your business. We choose tools whose terms keep your data out of public model training.
If you want to stop
Ongoing Care is billed monthly. If you end it, we hand over documentation and access cleanly. Your systems keep working for you, not for us.
Not sure where to start?
Email a few lines about your business and what eats your time. We will tell you honestly whether AI is the right move — even if the answer is no.
