The plain-English version.
What this website collects from you
Almost nothing. No analytics, no tracking cookies, no ad pixels. The only thing this site stores is your light-or-dark-mode choice, and that stays in your own browser. We don't know you visited unless you tell us.
What happens to an email you send
It goes to our inbox and is used to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list, share your address, or feed your message into anything that trains on it. If we never work together, we have no reason to keep it.
How we handle client data in engagements
Before we build anything, you get a written, plain-English answer for your specific setup: which systems we touch, which categories of your data are involved, where each piece of information flows, what never leaves your business, and where a person approves the agents' work. We collect the minimum needed, keep each client's data separated, and choose tools whose business terms keep your data out of public model training.
About the business we run ourselves
We discuss real deployments on this site, including our founder's own operation. Customer, financial, and personal information from any business we touch never appears in our marketing. What we share is how systems work — not the people inside them.
